• They provide a secure payment service that people can trust with their financial details and make it possible for people to pay with a credit or debit card as well as a Paypal Account.
• Pony clubs that have charity status can claim a reduced rate

 

Clubentries.com charges a booking fee of 50p per transaction to competitors using the system.

• This is not per class but every time a payment is processed.
• Therefore a set of entries comprising of 3 different horse/rider combinations each entering 3 classes would still only incur a booking fee of 50p.

Entry fees (less paypal fees) can be be paid directly into your Paypal account. Paypal usually charges 3.4% plus 20p per transaction

• The competitor's 50p transaction charge is paid directly to Clubentries.com
• Alternatively, fees can be paid into our Paypal account and transferred to you at the end of each month for completed events after Paypal fees have been deducted. Fees will be charged at 2.9% oer transaction.
