A very flexible admin system that
- allows you to set up an event to your own specification
- list and download entries,
- list and download account summary
- upload schedules for competitors to download(this can be used after the event to show results)
- upload event times
- set entries to close automatically on day specified
- set maximum number of entries allowed for each class
Email notification of entries are sent to the competitor and event organiser as soon as payment has been processed
Payments are made using Paypal via a Paypal account or credit/debit card.
- payment can be paid into club's paypal account directly
Entry forms can be customised with up to 10 custom fields
- Up to 65 classes can be included for each event
- a mandatory first aid class can be included where required.
- a donation class can be included where user can specify the amount they wish to donate
- up to 5 checkboxes can be attached to classes to collect info for particular classes (this can be useful for afficliated dressage)
- Custom field 10 can be used for the club's private policy
There is no cost for setting up your club.
- Competitors pay a booking fee of 50p for each set of entries made
- Clubs are liable for the Paypal processing fees
We can manage yor events for a small fee.
- We can set up your event and provide lists of entries and a summary of account.
Data is backed up on a regular basis.

- Refunds are made if a request is made for withdrawal from an event before the closing date for entries or if the event has been cancelled. Refunds are made at the discretion of the club concerned The 50p booking fee is not refundable.
